Not everyone involved with parrots has the well being of these magnificent creatures as their driving force.  Many, such as pet stores and breeders are involved for the money.  You most likely will NEVER find a pet store that provides you with all the information you need to keep a parrot healthy and happy.  After all, their motto is "In the drawer and out the door".   Selling unweaned babies to anyone with interest.  They tell you all the great stuff they know you wanted to hear:  Yes they talk!  They love to be held and snuggled!  They require very little work!  Messy?  No!  Loud?  No!  Require a special diet?  We have everything you will need to take this baby home with you!  The results.....a confused uninformed new owner and a baby bird whose very existences is endangered.  Why?  Money!  They are no smarter than that about the abused, neglected, unhealthy and unwanted Angels out there.   Our goal is to provide families with the knowledge they require and the help they need.  Everything from behavior issues to re homing.  We are neither judge nor jury, if you need help of any kind with your Angels, we are available.  We are NOT a rescue facility, we are a family helping family's.  This is a lifetime not a pastime.
